S'ils sont laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 l'abandon, ils occupent non seulement l'espace, mais peuvent \u00e9galement provoquer des incendies ou devenir des lieux de reproduction pour les moustiques. Cependant, les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s dans les pneus (caoutchouc, fil d'acier et fibres) sont en fait tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux. Le broyage permet de les recycler et de les r\u00e9utiliser efficacement.<\/p>\n<h3>L'\u00e9tonnante ligne de production de broyage de pneus<\/h3>\n<p>1. Broyage grossier<br \/>\nLe broyeur g\u00e9ant \u00e0 double arbre \u00e9met un son \"cr\u00e9pitant\" et r\u00e9duit instantan\u00e9ment les pneus en morceaux de caoutchouc de 50 \u00e0 100 mm.<br \/>\n2. S\u00e9paration du fil d'acier<br \/>\nLe puissant s\u00e9parateur magn\u00e9tique \"intervient comme un aimant\" pour extraire tous les fils d'acier. (Ces fils peuvent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9s et refondus pour produire de l'acier neuf).<br \/>\n3.
